Korfe is a company registered in Oregon. We operate korfe.org and related services. Korfe is a marketing consultancy and product studio providing Strategies, Labs, and Industries services, a personal blog, newsletter, and contact/account functionality.

1. Our Services

Services are not tailored to HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA compliance and are not intended for use in violation of applicable law.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Korfe owns all source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photos, graphics, trademarks, and logos. A non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license is granted for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Representations

You must be 18 or older. No bots or scripts. No illegal use.

4. User Registration

Keep passwords confidential. Korfe may reclaim inappropriate usernames.

5. Prohibited Activities

No scraping, no impersonation, no spamming, no reverse engineering, no unauthorized automation, no competing use of Services.

6. Services Management

Korfe reserves the right to monitor, restrict, and remove content.

7. Privacy Policy

Incorporated by reference. Services hosted in the United States.

8. Term and Termination

Korfe may terminate access at any time without notice.

9. Modifications and Interruptions

Korfe may change or discontinue Services without notice.

10. Governing Law

State of Oregon.

11. Dispute Resolution

Informal negotiation (30 days) then binding arbitration under AAA rules in Multnomah County, Oregon. No class actions.

12. Disclaimer

Services provided AS-IS. No warranties.

13. Limitations of Liability

No indirect or consequential damages. Liability capped at $100 USD.

14. Indemnification

Users indemnify Korfe against third-party claims arising from use.

15. User Data

Users are responsible for their own data. Korfe is not liable for data loss.

16. Electronic Communications

Electronic agreements are binding.

17. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. Severability. No joint venture.
